Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of charity and NFP clients
Liaise directly with senior leaders and clients to oversee audit assignments
Brief, supervise, and review audit team work
Provide technical guidance to resolve client queries and review statutory accounts
Support and mentor junior team members
What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience managing a client portfolio, ideally with charities, NFPs, or education clients
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong communication skills, with a warm and collaborative approach
A passion for the charity and NFP sectors
Ability to mentor and inspire junior team members while maintaining a calm, focused demeanor in fast-paced environments
