Due to growth within our Change department we have some additional Business Analyst opportunities available! In this role, you'll lead analysis on change initiatives across the business—turning real business needs into clear, actionable requirements for our technology teams. You'll be at the heart of shaping solutions that improve customer and colleague experiences, bridging business objectives and technology delivery. The role spans business and systems analysis across business change and IT improvement programmes, drawing on your experience of operational processes, procedures, systems and services. This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week from our Swindon office.

Key accountabilities
* Deliver business and systems analysis across a portfolio of change initiatives, shaping clear outcomes and success measures.
* Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to understand goals, pain points and desired customer/colleague experience.
* Elicit, prioritise and document high‑quality requirements (functional and non‑functional) using workshops and analysis techniques.
* Analyse processes and data to identify insights, trends and improvement opportunities, translating them into actionable recommendations.
* Produce governance and delivery artefacts (e.g., process flows, use cases, data mappings) to support decisions and delivery.
* Support change delivery by working with delivery teams to implement improvements, monitor outcomes and drive continuous refinement.
* Act as the liaison between business, technology and third parties, ensuring shared understanding through delivery and testing.
What will you need to succeed?
* Financial services experience and/or relevant qualifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, project delivery methodologies) are advantageous.
* Proven business and systems analysis experience, translating needs into clear functional and non‑functional requirements.
* Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills (workshops, feedback sessions), building buy‑in and alignment.
* Excellent process analysis and modelling/re‑engineering capability, including designing and validating new processes.
* Confident working with data and insight tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) to support recommendations and decisions.
* Clear, credible communicator with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Adaptable, collaborative team player—comfortable in a fast‑changing environment with shifting priorities.
