FMG’s National Advice & Service Centre are an award winning team who are constantly exceeding client’s expectations and delivering world class service on a daily basis! We’re looking for people with passion, enthusiasm and a commitment to join our Inbound team.
Responsibilities
* Be the voice of FMG and the first point of contact for our clients as an Inbound Consultant.
* Answer queries, solve problems and help deliver a world class customer service experience.
* Identify quality referrals, recognise opportunities and promote the benefits of FMG to clients or prospective FMG team members.
Qualifications
To be successful in these roles you will have an excellent telephone manner, high-quality listening skills, problem solving skills and a never-ending commitment to the customer. You should be able to think on your feet, be willing to learn, retain complex information and have a high level of computer literacy. You’ll be provided with full training and support to achieve your potential.
