Part-Time Accounts Assistant - Ringwood
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Responsibilities include:
1. Inputting invoices and credit notes onto the purchase ledger
2. Scanning and organising supplier invoices
3. Resolving queries with suppliers and maintaining strong relationships
4. Reconciling supplier statements and accounts
5. Responding to supplier inquiries professionally and promptly
6. Processing payment runs
The ideal candidate will have a positive, proactive attitude, be inquisitive, detail-oriented, and eager to improve processes.
