This beautiful boutique dining restaurant is open for dinners only, with a boast to being Orkney's best dining restaurant. Privately owned & with a seasoned head chef at the helm they're looking for an understudy for the chef to mentor, develop & eventually hand over the running of the kitchen.
What's involved?
This is a good number 2 in the kitchen type role, so you can expect to run things on chefs days off but still have the support of the owners who operate the business like one big family.
There is real flexibility here for you to add input on the menu as well. The whole package is fully negotiable too.
