As a Primary TA, you'll be right at the heart of the action-helping pupils shine, bringing energy to lessons, and supporting teachers to create exciting, inspiring learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils one-to-one or in small groups, boosting their confidence and helping them achieve their best.
Team up with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to deliver fun, engaging, and meaningful learning.
Help monitor pupil progress and adapt support as their needs evolve.
Bring creativity to the classroom with activities that spark curiosity and enthusiasm.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and vibrant school environment where every child feels valued.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience in a primary school or educational setting is mandatory.
A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed.
TA qualifications or training are an advantage but not essential.
A proactive, upbeat, and flexible approach to supporting pupils of all abilities.
An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
