About the role
We are seeking a Nightshift Replenishment Supervisor to manage a busy branch. This role requires leadership and motivation skills to coach your team in delivering excellent on-shelf availability for customers. Focus on results and safety is essential. Some duty management responsibilities will be involved, with full training provided.
There are opportunities for career progression within the Booker Group, with many Supervisors advancing to Store Management roles.

You will be responsible for
* Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
* Reducing stock loss by addressing shrinkage and wastage causes.
* Minimizing replenishment costs through efficient stock handling, proper product placement, and security in receiving.
* Collaborating with stock control and delivery teams to resolve off-sales issues.
* Maintaining effective replenishment to ensure product availability for customers.
You will need
* A passion for delivering high operational standards for customers.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and enjoyment in managing and working with a team.
* Strong communication skills and some supervisory or managerial experience.
* Practical experience in food retail.
