Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced IMO Senior Analyst to join our Institutional Retirement Investments Middle Office team. In this role, you’ll provide oversight and deliver high-quality investment performance reporting, portfolio analytics, and risk management insights. You’ll play a key part in shaping operational processes, driving data innovation, and supporting strategic decision-making across a diverse investment landscape.
Responsibilities
* Producing and overseeing portfolio MI reporting for senior stakeholders
* Managing and validating data while developing asset data models
* Leading operational process design and transition to support front office
* Implementing new reporting and workflow technologies to improve efficiency
* Representing the team in working groups and forums to optimise processes
* Coordinating coverage of BAU tasks and mitigating key person risk
* Supporting onboarding of new reporting requirements and asset classes
* Engaging stakeholders and testing changes to ensure positive customer outcomes
Qualifications
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience
* Significant experience in finance or operations within financial services
* Strong understanding of investment products, processes and trade lifecycle
* Advanced Excel skills (including VBA) and experience with SQL/Python
* Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and data platforms like Snowflake
* Proven ability to deliver process improvements and technical reporting solutions
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach
* Creative problem-solver with strong accountability and attention to detail
