About Us
North Oxford Garage is a successful and customer-focused automotive retailer, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Meet & Greet Host to join our team in Long Hanborough.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys meeting people and creating a positive first impression. As the face of the dealership, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and outstanding experience from the moment they arrive.
The Role
As our Meet & Greet Host, you will:
* Welcome all visitors to the dealership in a friendly and professional manner
* Direct customers to the appropriate department or member of staff
* Build rapport with customers and identify how you can assist them
* Ensure reception and customer waiting areas are clean, tidy and welcoming
* Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable during their visit
* Carry out regular facility checks to maintain a professional environment
* Replenish customer refreshment facilities, including coffee machines
* Support the team with general administrative duties when required
* Assist with dealership events and activities from time to time
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous customer service and administration experience
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is professional, friendly and approachable
* Takes pride in their appearance and work environment
* Can remain calm and organised in a busy environment
* Is self-motivated and able to work independently
* Enjoys working as part of a team
* Has a professional telephone manner
* Is confident using Microsoft Office applications
