Delivery Postie with Driving. Job reference: 338746. Location: Portishead Delivery Office, BS20 6AL. Job type: 9 months, Fixed Term contract. Hours: 37 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 days, across Monday to Sunday, working between 08:00 and 18:00, supporting two separate shifts: 08:00 - 15:30 Letter Deliveries or 10:00 - 18:00 Collections/Parcel Deliveries. Due to operational demand, you may occasionally be required to work Sundays supporting neighbouring Delivery Offices.
Responsibilities
Deliver letters, parcels and collections within assigned routes and shifts. Maintain accurate delivery records and provide excellent customer service. Work under all weather conditions and adapt to unexpected changes in delivery schedules.
Qualifications

* Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service

* Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
* Has a strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
* Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
