Company Background
A financial services business who has experienced exponential growth is now looking for an experienced Credit Control Leader to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
The role
This role will include:
Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards
Performing team member 1:1’s
Reviewing, analysing, and resolving errors in credit checks and other accounts to ensure compliance with all necessary regulations
Ensuring you and your team follow credit control procedures to collect outstanding debts in accordance to policies for delinquent accounts
Ensuring you and your team are always compliant with credit policies, contractual frameworks and the associated core credit and debt recovery processes
The candidate
The perfect candidate for the Credit Management Supervisor will have the following skills:
Strong coaching and people development focus with a successful track record of motivating and developing teams of people
At least 2+ years credit control experience and 1+ years previous experience in a similar credit supervisory/leadership role in a similar fast paced business
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate and contribute effectively with large teams, peers, managers and in virtual teams
Complete and thorough understanding of end-to- end credit control processes
Highly numerate, with the ability to process financial data quickly and with a strong attention to detail
The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels across the wider business to achieve goals and objectives
