The Role - Child Care Assistant: As a Child Care Assistant, you will play an essential part in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff, you will help deliver individualised learning plans and provide the consistent, compassionate support our pupils need to succeed.
