Duties and Responsibilities * Sales enquiries via phone, email and web * Logging, tracking and managing all leads using CRM system * Lead progression, filtering and prioritising for lead qualification * Converting leads to sales * Diary Management - carrying out follow up calls and client aftercare * Assisting with development of CRM system * Collaborating with technical and sales team members to ensure specialist input where required Skills and Experience * Extensive experience in business development, sales and lead progression within a technical or manufacturing environment * IT Proficient - able to use MS Office and internal CRM systems * Sound understanding of GDPR * Knowledge of film/broadcast equipment would be advantageous * Excellent customer service and communication skills...
