Overview
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Supply Teacher's, supporting primary school students across various classrooms on a temporary basis. Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching to primary school students across different year groups as needed.
* Follow lesson plans provided by regular teachers to ensure continuity of learning.
* Manage classroom behaviour with patience, respect, and understanding.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of all students.
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance and student progress.
* Uphold safeguarding policies and contribute to a safe school environment.
* Engage with parents and caregivers as appropriate to support student learning.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
* Experience working with primary school-aged children.
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and pedagogical practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and classrooms.
* Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
* Patience, flexibility, and resilience.
* Current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.
