You even have the option to buy an extra week Birthday Delight: Take your special day off to celebrate YOU Free Parking Health & Wellbeing programme; including critical illness insurance The Role Scope To provide support and HR advice to departments and assist with the HR function for the Company. ✨Role key responsibility Recruitment and selection – including advertising; attending recruitment fairs; interview; selection Providing sound HR advice to departments as required The organisation and administration of leavers Changes to terms and conditions Confirmation of probationary periods Advising on discipline and grievance issues and ensuring correct procedures are followed Providing advice on staff consultation Keep up to date on all legislation and ensure relevant policy changes are implemented Absence management Assisting with the annual staff survey Assisting with the security access system Overseeing staff inductions Overseeing the prevention of illegal workers Managing the protection of young workers Management of company benefits Headcount monitoring Maintaining and updating departmental job descriptions Assisting with the overall training programme for the company Ensuring all maternity, paternity and parental leave is monitored and managed Attend internal and external meetings to represent the department and/or Company Attend training courses as required and ensure that professional qualifications (where relevant) are kept up to date Work safely at all times with due regard for yourself, visitors, contractors and work colleagues.
