Maintenance Manager – Perth
Blueprint requires a technical manager, specialising in mechanical aspects, to join our client’s team near Perth.
Compensation: £24.31 per hour PAYE • Long-term role to go permanent • Based primarily in one location – minimal travel.
Qualifications
* A recognised apprenticeship (at least SVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and relevant Trade qualification.
* A UK Drivers Licence.
* Experience as a people manager – managing performance & conduct; coaching and upskilling.
* Proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Experience with CMMS, BMS (Trend), environmental/ecological controls, boiler controls.
* Competent in managing an assigned budget, approving expenditure up to designated authority levels, and identifying procurement requirements for the team.
