Responsibilities
* Lead the academy’s statutory SEND commitment.
* Secure and manage SEND funding and associated practices.
* Assess and plan academy SEND provision to meet the needs of all students.
* Provide training and development for all staff in SEND.
* Allocate teaching role with subject specialisms welcomed.
* Create a culture of excellence among students.
Qualifications & Experience
Ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in SEND leadership.
* Strong knowledge of statutory SEND frameworks.
* Ability to secure and manage SEND funding.
* Leadership and training skills.
