Your new role
As Customer Account Executive, you will join the Customer Services team on a temporary-to-permanent basis, working hours per week. You will act as the main point of contact between customers and the business, ensuring orders, specifications and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently.Key responsibilities will include:
Filing and maintaining product specifications and job bagsRaising internal product specifications for manufacturingProcessing purchase orders and creating internal job bags for productionOrdering tooling and printing plates as requiredEnsuring all documentation and information is accurate and up to dateThis role would suit someone who enjoys a varied, fast-paced environment with a strong customer and administrative focus.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong customer-facingmunication skillsExperience working in a customer service, account support or administrative roleThe ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiativeExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfidencemunicating both verbally and in writingA flexible and proactive approach to workPrevious experience in a similar role (2+ years) would be advantageous but not essential.
