Job Overview
An exciting opportunity exists within NWSSP to join the smartcard team project, part of the EPS Electronic Prescribing Services project, delivering smartcards to pharmacies & GP practices across Wales.
Main Duties
The successful candidate will work within a team of RA agents, providing training and support to pharmacies & GP practices in Apply for Care ID and Care identity Management, updating trackers, and handling daily queries. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is essential.

Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential):
* Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and control techniques
Experience (Essential):
* Experience in demanding/high-intensity administrative roles
Skills (Essential):
* Interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels
* Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new applications
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Desirable: Welsh Speaker Level 1
