This is a dual-role position where driving duties will be required on a sporadic basis — not every day — with the rest of the time spent as a hands-on Trackway Operative.Driving Duties (when required):* Operating Class 1 vehicles for delivery, collection, and site work* Ensuring all driving tasks are carried out safely and within legal guidelinesTrackway Operative Duties:* Preparing orders for dispatch* General maintenance and servicing/cleaning of trackway products* Assisting with yard organisation and upkeep* Supporting the team with other general yard duties as needed* Installing/de-rigging trackway products* Operating forklifts* Delivery/collection driving (3.5 Tonne Vehicle + Trailer)* General maintenance & housekeeping* Cleaning/maintaining trackwayWhat We’re Looking For:* Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence* Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card* Previous experience in a similar driving/yard role preferred* A hands-on, team-oriented attitude* Flexibility for varied tasks and occasional weekend work* Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)What We Offer:* 28 Holiday days per annum (Inc Bank Holidays)* Pension Scheme* Free On-site Parking* Uniform/PPE providedJob Type: Full-timePay: £16.00 per hourWork Location: In person
