We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident and well-organised Part-Time Credit Controller to join their busy finance team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your credit control experience to a supportive and dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and recover outstanding debts from both commercial and domestic customers
Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
Investigate and resolve billing and payment issues
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions
Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve account issues
Prepare reports on aged debt and debtor status
Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as required
Experience Required
Experience in credit control or accounts receivable is desirable
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and good organisational abilities
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage)
