What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead all store operations including stock control, compliance, and banking
* Inspire and manage a team of outdoor experts to exceed customer expectations
* Create a welcoming, customer-first environment rooted in product knowledge
* Drive sales through performance analysis and innovative campaigns
* Deliver high visual standards and seasonal merchandising across the store
