Greenfields Children’s Services, part of the CareTech Group, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team in the Bristol area. We provide tailored, high-quality care for children and young people, helping them build brighter futures in a nurturing and stable environment
About the Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll work closely with young people, supporting their emotional, social, and behavioural development. You’ll be part of a dynamic and experienced team that values compassion, consistency, and person-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building positive, trusting relationships with young peopleSupporting daily routines, activities, and life skills developmentPromoting independence and emotional wellbeingEnsuring a safe, stable, and nurturing home environmentWorking within a structured rota: 2 days on, 4 days off (8am – 10pm including sleep-ins)
What We’re Looking For:
Full UK manual driving licence and own transport (essential due to rural location)Minimum 3 months experience in a similar setting (preferred)QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards it)Energetic, adaptable and ready to engage in fun, active daysA genuine passion for working with children and young people
