Responsibilities
* The Room Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day running of their department and supporting the management team ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
* They will be caring, creative and a reflective leader able to implement new ideas and use a range of strategies to continually improve practice and support the management team.

Qualifications
* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education is essential and experience in a Senior Role is preferred.
* We have a robust safe recruitment policy in place and successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check and satisfactory references.
