£47,000 (pro rata for part time)
Are you an experienced Oncology Nurse ready to step into a senior, leadership-focused role where you can truly shape service excellence?
We are recruiting for a motivated and clinically strong Senior Nurse to join established Oncology Healthcare Centres across the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on clinical expertise with strategic leadership, playing a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred oncology care.
The Role
As a Senior Oncology Nurse, you will:
* Deliver expert care to patients receiving Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT)
* Act as a clinical governance lead, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
* Drive service improvement initiatives across Healthcare Centre sites
* Support and mentor nursing colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice
* Champion excellence in SACT delivery and patient safety
* Contribute to audits, quality assurance processes and continuous development

About You
To be considered, you will have:
* Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
* SACT Passport
* Significant experience in oncology nursing
* Strong clinical xjlbheb assessment and risk management skills
* Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting colleagues
* A solid understanding of clinical governance, audit and regulatory standards
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
