Role: Service Reception Manager
Location: Marshall Nissan Grantham
Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a Rota
Salary: £30,000 plus OTE up to £40,000

The Role
1. Provide day to day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
2. Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times
3. Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
4. Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
5. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives
What experience do I need?
6. Ideally you would have some experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership
7. Ability to remain professional, calm and positive at all times
8. Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
9. Proactive mind set
10. Positive, can-do attitude
