You enjoy leadership, motivational skills and you are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring team members. You have good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures. You are driven by controlling beverage costs and stock take whilst upselling and achieving revenue targets.
An Assistant Restaurant Manager has an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of growing fantastic teams by leading from the front, while keeping your guests at heart of everything that you do.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will ensure the smooth operational running of the Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests.
You will work closely with Food & Beverage Manager, leading and evolving the Food and Beverage operations at the hotel, driving revenue, ensuring that brand standards are met, and guests’ expectations are exceeded.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
