Affinity Workforce Solutions are hiring for a Recruitment Resourcer in their Bristol Office to join a hugely-successful and expanding Recruitment Service Delivery Team.

We are passionate about transforming the education space and have more than 30 years' experience, finding schools the best teaching staff in the field. This is an opportunity to join a market-leader within the Education Recruitment sector. We are keen to speak to someone who may be a recent graduate, someone with retail, hospitality, or customer service experience ready to take their first steps into the world of recruitment and build a lasting career in the industry.

We are situated in the city centre opposite Cabot Circus shopping centre meaning easily accessible by both the M32 Motorway and Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station. The Role:

* Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 in term time
* Salary £25,000.00 - £27,000.00 OTE
* 23 days annual leave + bank holidays (and an additional day off on your birthday!)
* Bonus structure


Responsibilities:

1. Building relationships with new and existing candidates
2. Following all compliance criteria for candidates joining AWS
3. Generate new candidates through recruitment activity, managing a pipeline of high-quality candidates
4. Searching CV databases for new candidates to contact, interviewing and help candidates with their CV
5. Organise and attend employability and NQT events, ensuring there is ongoing engagement with ECT cohorts and passing relevant candidates to consultants once available for work
6. Other tasks as determined by the needs of the business


Requirements:

1. A strong communicator
2. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Able to organise their own workload to meet targets
4. Be confident in generating a steady pipeline of new candidates using a variety of candidate sourcing methods
5. Can follow direction and work as part of a team
6. Effective at communicating at events such as careers and jobs fairs
