Job Description

This role will be a Creative Artworker for Europe, supporting our French and Netherlands sales team. Are you a creative and motivated Artworker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for impactful design? Were looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team. This role offers significant work-from-home flexibility, with a requirement to be in our London office one day a week, occasionally two, and an occasional need to travel to Europe as appropriate.

As our Creative Artworker, youll be instrumental in transforming our tenders, proposals, and presentations into visually compelling documents that not only meet our high brand standards but also drive business development. Youll work closely with the European sales team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our brands visual identity and directly contributing to our success.


What You’ll Do


Design & Development

* Collaborate with the European sales team to design and compile winning proposals, tenders, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
* Lead and contribute to key creative projects, ensuring the delivery of high-standard, bespoke documents and visuals.
* Retouch and enhance images for both print and web, demonstrating a keen eye for colour correction, editing, and typography.


Project Management

* Manage the production of document printing and other materials, liaising with external design and print companies to ensure professional finishes.
* Guarantee all artwork produced is consistent, accurate, and adheres strictly to brand guidelines.


Quality Control & Coordination

* Liaise with external proofreaders to ensure all documents are error free and well-written before submission.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, integrating fresh, cutting-edge ideas into your work.
* Provide proactive support to the team, taking initiative and contributing to the smooth running of the department.
* Foster a self-starting attitude, capable of leading when necessary and taking ownership of tasks.


What We’re Looking For

* Creative Mindset: A natural flair for design and a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful work.
* Organised & Structured: A practical and methodical approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every project.
* French speaking would be a bonus. Our teams are bi-lingual but this would help.
* Passionate & Confident: A positive approach with the confidence to bring your ideas to life and contribute to team discussions.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate your ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* Self-Motivated: Driven to continuously develop your skills and embrace new challenges.


Qualifications

* Software Proficiency: Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
* Flexibility: Willingness to primarily work from home, with the travel to our Europe offices occasionally as required.
