YOUR ROLE
As a key member of our serious injury team, you'll:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients
* Support Senior Solicitors and Legal Executives
* Manage case progression through ProClaim
* Draft comprehensive correspondence
* Handle client communications professionally
* Maintain detailed case records
* Coordinate with the Finance Department for disbursements
IDEAL CANDIDATE

* Experience in personal injury law (serious injury experience preferred)
* Strong client care focus
* Excellent communication abilities

* Ability to meet monthly KPIs
* Proficiency in case management systems
