Experience they are looking for in Mid Java Developers:
* Core Java
* Developing software from scratch WITHOUT the use of frameworks e.g. Spring
* Multithreading
* TDD, CI/CD, Paired-programming environment
* Data structures, algorithms, threads
* Working in a modern FinTech environment e.g. startup is a plus
* An interest in the financial sector, FX and trading
