Responsibilities
Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times. Administer medications and monitor care plans in line with NMC standards. Lead and support care teams to deliver excellent standards of practice. Assess, plan, and evaluate the care needs of residents in partnership with families and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory compliance. Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in residents' health.
Qualifications
* Current NMC registration (Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN)
* Strong clinical knowledge and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Compassionate, patient, and committed to high standards of care
* Previous experience in a care home, dementia care, or older adults' nursing is desirable but not essential

This full-time role offers a rotation of day and night shifts, providing the opportunity to deliver high-quality residential, dementia, and nursing care in a supportive and warm environment. Competitive hourly rate of £24.50.
