Role: KS1 Teacher
Contract: Full Time (8:30am – 3:30pm)
Salary: £550 – £750 per week
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

The Dorset Primary Branch at Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teachers to support our partner mainstream primary schools in the Bournemouth area.
The role will include:
* Delivering high-quality teaching to KS1 pupils (ages 5–7) in line with the National Curriculum
* Planning and delivering creative, engaging and differentiated lessons
* Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs
* Using a range of teaching strategies to promote active learning and independence
* Maintaining a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
* Upholding safeguarding responsibilities in line with school policies
The successful candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (ECTs are encouraged to apply)
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be committed, adaptable and passionate about primary education
* Show a genuine desire to make a positive impact on young learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
