Purpose of Role: The Internal Communications Partner will lead the development and execution of internal communications strategies across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and enhancing employee engagement. This role blends strategic thinking with operational delivery and requires close collaboration with Regional MD and EMEA Leadership Team, HR Business Partners, Marketing, and the Global Change and Communications team.

Key Responsibilities:
Internal Strategic Communications & Engagement
1. Develop and implement the EMEA internal communications strategy and plan aligned with Group editorial calendars and messaging.
Stakeholder Collaboration
2. Collaborate and advise EMEA leadership team, improving visibility through executive messaging, town halls, and internal events.
Employee Engagement & Recognition
3. Analyse employee survey results and develop action plans to address feedback and improve engagement.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives using qualitative and quantitative metrics.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Experience in internal communications being the subject matter expert within a multinational or matrixed organisation with the ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans across diverse regions.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with cultural sensitivity.
Experience managing digital communication platforms and social media content.
Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
