We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to join our growing hospitality recruitment agency. You will be responsible for winning new clients, developing long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the hospitality sector.
Experience within hospitality or hospitality-related sales is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
* Build and manage strong relationships with clients (hotels, restaurants, pubs, contract catering, schools, hospitals, offices)
* Present recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
* Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality staffing solutions
* Manage leads, clients, and sales pipeline using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
* Attend industry events and networking meetings
* Report on pipeline, performance, and revenue
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development or sales
* Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
