Your Newpany
Based in Stirlingshire, our client is recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday–Friday, - and there is good flexibility with start and finish times. The role is office-based, and the organisation can be accessed by local public transport and there is also on-site parking.

Your New Role
As Finance Administrator, you will take ownership of end-to-end sales ledger responsibilities. Working within a dedicated finance team of 5, you will support day-to-day transactional activity as well as month‑end requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing invoices
2. Investigating and resolving discrepancies
3. Handling and resolving queries
4. Working with internal and external stakeholders
5. Reporting for management
6. Undertaking general administrative tasks
7. Carrying out additional ad hoc duties as required
What You’ll Need to Succeed
You will ideally have previous experience in a similar finance administration role. You will pride yourself on your attention to detail and high accuracy levels. Reliability, problem‑solving ability and a team‑focused mindset are key traits for success.
