Develop, coordinate and implement youth development programmes in the fields of adventure-based training activities.
Work with partners ranging from school teachers, social workers, and training instructors to develop quality content with effective delivery.
Maintain good relationships with young people and provide facilitation to achieve positive youth development.
Perform programme-related work including but not limited to material preparation, facility maintenance, evaluation reports, and others as required by line manager.
Assist in initiating and drafting funding applications and bidding proposals.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Degree holder or above.
* 3 years or above of relevant experience, preferably in an NGO in youth work or positive education.
* Candidate with knowledge and experience in adventure-based training activities will be an advantage.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
* Passionate about youth development and enjoy team and community work.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature, self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure.
* Willing to work overnight, on shift and public holidays.
* Required to conduct the Sexual Conviction Record Check due to work nature.
