* Assist in the preparation and management of real estate transactions.

* Prepare legal documents such as contracts, leases, and deeds.

* Coordinate with the team to ensure the smooth running of transactions.

* Maintain records, prepare reports, and provide legal support to attorneys.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Real Estate Paralegal should have:
* A degree in Law or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year commercial real estate paralegal experience.
* Strong understanding of commercial real estate law.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong research and report-writing skills.
* Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
