M365 / PowerApps Engineer
Location: Wakefield - Hybrid (Weekly travel to London)
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities
* Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing Microsoft 365 tenant to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
* Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Develop automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
* Produce detailed Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
* Provide end-user training and documentation on newly developed applications.
* Support ongoing system improvements across SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online environments.
Microsoft Power / M365 Engineer Requirements
* Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and configuration.
* Strong technical skills in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI development.
* Working knowledge of Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams management.
* Background in enterprise IT architecture, ideally within energy or manufacturing sectors.
* Experience delivering ERP migrations or technology-driven change projects.
* Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Degree-level education preferred.
