The School Effectiveness Lead will work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team in the strategic leadership of the school. We are looking for an experienced teacher and primary phase senior leader to join our team at South Farnham School for the autumn 2025 and spring 2026 terms. There may be an opportunity to contribute to the work of our nationally regarded SCITT and Teaching School Hub whilst contributing to school effectiveness and focus group teaching.
