Overview
We are looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join a passionate company on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role is based just outside Newark, so reliable, own transport is essential.
The ideal candidate comes from an IT/Technical/SaaS background and has proven experience as an Account Manager, with business development experience welcomed.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing enquiries, resolving issues and providing timely support.
* Deliver demonstrations of software, highlight potential benefits for existing and new customers.
* Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business needs and maintain regular contact with existing clients.
* Identify opportunities to expand service offerings with current clients, upselling where appropriate.
* Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover for new clients.
* Work closely with other internal teams to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum of 3 years in a client relationship, account management role.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
* Experience using CRM platforms.
* Full UK Driving Licence as some travel may be required.
