An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a thriving and highly regarded legal team in Maidstone. This position offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of high‑value transactions, supporting experienced fee earners within a busy and growing department.
* Work within a well‑established commercial property team
* Support on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management
* Exposure to development sites, industrial units and retail premises
* Assist with leases, renewals, licensing, sub‑letting and assignments
* Be part of a team preparing for significant new acquisitions
What we are looking for
The ideal Commercial Property Lawyer will be driven, collaborative and eager to develop within a supportive environment.
* Minimum 3 years' commercial property experience (5 years ideal)
* Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Organised with excellent attention to detail
* A proactive and positive approach to workload
