Offer description

Originally selling workwear to local mariners and practical overalls to artists, our story began in a small shop in Penzance in 1981. Over the years we’ve grown into a leading UK lifestyle brand with over 80 shops across the UK and Ireland, 400 wholesale partners and a thriving online business, but never losing touch of our roots. Our passion for well-crafted clothing, exemplary customer service and connection to our local communities drives everything we do. As we continue to grow in the UK and internationally, we are focussed on delivering excellence across every touchpoint, whether that is at our warehouse, in store or through our customer service channels, building a team that shares our values. Each employee plays a part in the success of Seasalt, and this was evidenced by our Drapers Award win of “Best Place to Work”. Our Process Improvement Analyst is pivotal in managing end to end implementation of operational initiatives and improvement of existing working practices to drive efficiency and ensure new opportunities are delivered to business targets. This role will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all projects meet deadlines and business requirements. A key collaborator, the Process Improvement Analyst ensures projects and initiatives are sufficiently documented and mapped from inception to business-as-usual practice. This is a full-time, permanent role which is based remotely within the UK, with occasional travel to our Cornwall head offices. Acting as the bridge between operations and the transformation team, shaping and delivering strategic initiatives. Driving operational performance through data, KPIs, and insight-led decision making. Managing cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Retail, IT, Finance, and external partners. Identifying and delivering cost, service, and efficiency improvements. Translating strategy into executable programmes and operational change within the operational team. Building capability and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across teams and partners. The skills you’ll be sharing with the team: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in the retail industry or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential. Demonstratable experience of stakeholder management at all levels, including Chiefs and Directors, to ensure tasks and projects remain within deadlines is essential. Excellent coaching and facilitating skills to empower managers to deal effectively with management at all levels. Eye for data (operational and financial) and able to drive improvement and value from this. Possess the authority, credibility and integrity to command respect and influence at all levels including external contacts is essential. A Project Management qualification would be desirable.
