About The Role: This is a fixed term contract, based at Chessington World of Adventures, starting from Mid-March 2026 until Mid-November 2026.We are looking for Part time and Full time staff. Shift Timings are 7am until 3pm. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of our Offices and back of house Washrooms, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. You will also be expected to have a natural affinity with both staff and guests assisting them with any Resort queries they may have. Reporting to a Park Presentations Team Leader, you will be responsible for cleaning our offices and washroom facilities. You will be expected to wipe down signage, complete toilet deep cleaning, restocking toilet roll & soap and maintaining excellent housekeeping within our washroom and chemical store cupboards. On occasion you will also be expected to do BIO cleaning and may be expected to support our Park Cleaners. Day To Day This Role Will Include: All offices are hoovered regularly, and general areas are tidy and clear. All washroom facilities are presented to an excellent standard and regularly checked. Accurately sign-off toilet check sheets / tablets, ensuring stock has been replenished. Dispose of waste in a timely manner, within the correct waste disposal area. Be Guest Obsessed, ensuring guests have a memorable experience! Have a natural affinity with guests, answering any queries they have. Report any hazards to the duty manager in a timely manner. Report any maintenance issues to the duty manager and facilities team. Lone work, communicating with the duty manager via the radio. Work cohesively as a team, ensuring communication is upheld. Supporting the Waste & Recycling team where required. On occasion support our Washroom Cleaners ensuring all park washrooms are clean and presented to a high standard. Qualifications & Experience: Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn! Great attention to detail is a must. Can do attitude and willingness to work hard. Good understanding of the Resort. Previous cleaning experience is preferable but not required. This is a physically demanding role, that will require a lot of walking, heavy lifting and use of heavy machinery therefore the successful candidate must be comfortable with this.
