Who We Are: Education with Heart and Purpose

At SEND Inclusion Support, we’re not just educators — we’re life-changers. We believe every child deserves to be truly seen, supported, and given a meaningful chance to thrive.

We specialise in working with young people navigating SEND, SEMH, and EBSA challenges — delivering bespoke education that meets them where they are and moves with them. Our work goes far beyond the classroom, taking place in safe, calm spaces where students feel most at ease: their homes, local libraries, and community learning hubs.

Your Role: More Than Just a Teacher

We’re looking for Qualified Teachers (QTS essential) to join our mission across Wigan and the surrounding areas. If you’re passionate about personalised learning, building trust, and helping students reclaim their confidence, this is your chance to make a real, lasting difference.

You’ll work 1:1 or with small groups, creating tailored learning experiences that do more than tick boxes — they reconnect young people with education and hope.

What You’ll Do

*

Deliver personalised, engaging lessons for learners with SEND, SEMH, and EBSA

*

Teach in flexible settings — homes, libraries, and local learning spaces

*

Build meaningful, trust-based relationships that support emotional and academic growth

*

Collaborate with families, schools, and professionals for holistic student support

*

Track, celebrate, and share every win — big or small

*

Spark confidence, joy, and a genuine love of learning

What You’ll Bring

✅ QTS – essential
✅ Experience with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, EBSA, or other SEND needs
✅ Creative, flexible approach to planning and teaching in community settings
✅ Warm, empathetic communication skills
✅ Confidence to work independently in homes or libraries
✅ A trauma-informed, student-led teaching style
