They are now looking for a Stores Sales Manager for their high turnover Chester site. Reporting into the Stores Director, you'll lead the sales team with energy, confidence and care. You'll set the tone for exceptional service, coaching and support your team, and take ownership of the store's performance as if it were your own. You'll bring a commercial mindset and natural flair for people management to every decision. As Store Sales Manager you'll have one in every four weekends off, with the rest of the weekends working to ensure customer & commercial success during peak trade hours.
