Actual Salary £21,329 - £21,664 per annum per annum (Grade 3)
This job is {Full Time/ Part Time/ Part Time - Term Time Only:} for 37 hours per week and 39 weeks per year.
It is offered on a Temporary basis until 31/08/2026. Although there could be an option for the contract to be extended which can be discussed at interview.
Approximate start date 1st June 2026.
We are looking for someone who can provide smooth and efficient administrative support for our school. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for students and visitors in our front office team and there will also be an expectation to administer first aid to pupils.
Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has previous experience of working in a school office, or has some experience of working in a busy office environment with the ability to prioritise. Having a first aid qualification would be an advantage.

About our School
Founded in 1971 St Michael’s Middle School is a Church of England school set in stunning grounds in Colehill, on the outskirts of Wimborne Minster, Dorset. With around 600 pupils, our school covers year groups 5-8 (ages 9 to 13) and is consistently oversubscribed on first choice applications.
Middle schools have the advantage of being able to blend together the best parts of primary school teaching with subject specialist teachers and facilities. Pupils study a full breadth of subjects over their four years at the school. Our facilities include science laboratories, product design and cooking workshops, specialist music rooms, ICT suites and PE facilities, including an indoor swimming pool.
