About the Role
You will manage your own privately funded caseload, working within a supportive and high-performing team known for handling complex and high-value matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise and gain exposure to high-quality work within a nationally recognised practice.
Key Responsibilities
You will advise and represent clients across a broad range of family law matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy proceedings
* Cohabitation agreements
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Civil partnerships
* Private children law matters
You will be encouraged to build strong client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence in client care.
About You
I am looking for a solicitor who:
* Is Newly Qualified up to 2 years’ PQE in Family Law
* Has demonstrable experience managing privately funded family matters
* Is confident, organised, and able to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
* Possesses strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Is committed to developing a long-term career within a top-tier family team
