Responsibilities and expectations
* Lead delivery of high-quality dentistry to patients in your community.
* Collaborate with a regional team of specialists and a dedicated clinical team to ensure patient care aligns with best practices and local needs.
* Participate in regular meetings with Practice Manager and clinical team to stay aligned with revenue targets and practice operations.
* Utilize available equipment and materials and request additional items as needed to deliver quality care.
* Promote oral health education and empower patients by explaining treatment options and outcomes.
