Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently and thrive? We’re looking for a dedicated Tenancy Sustainment Worker to provide one‑to‑one support to people experiencing mental ill‑health. Your role will focus on helping people build the skills and confidence they need to maintain their accommodation and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with local councils, mental health services, and other agencies to advocate for those you support.
* Use a person‑centred, strength‑based approach to carry out needs assessments, coproduce support and safety plans, and guide individuals toward their personal goals.
* Build respectful, honest relationships while maintaining clear boundaries.
* Help people understand and manage their wellbeing, monitor progress, and ensure all support is delivered to high standards.
* Advocate for clients with local councils, mental health services, and other agencies.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Commitment to safeguarding and a person‑centric approach.
* Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build respectful relationships.
* Professionalism and empathy in delivering support services.
